UKRP and UKCA – Fees

Our fees for UK Responsible Person and UKCA Product Registration:

Our fees are designed to offer low-cost set-up enabling you to initiate sales quickly. On going maintenance is covered by a modest annual charge.

Set-Up Fees. 

  • Suitable for new clients. 
  • Ideal for those switching UK RP where no immediate registration needs exist.

Maintenance Fees. 

  • A modest annual maintenance fee.

Set-Up

MHRA Registration Fee:

MHRA charge a variable statutory registration fee. Regen Marketing will invoice this as a separate item. 

Our UKRP Fee – Payable at set-up:

  • £300 one-off contract and Letter of Designation fee. Per legal manufacturer. 

Our UKCA Device Registration fee: 

1-3 Devices / GMDN codes* 

  • £300 (Up to 50 products/components** 
  • £400 (Up to 200 products/components**)
  • £500 (Up to 400 products/components**) 

4-10 Devices / GMDN codes*

  • £700 (Up to 50 products/components**)
  • £800(Up to 200 products/components**)
  • £900 (Up to 400 products/components**)

11-15 Devices / GMDN codes*

  • £1000 (Up to 50 products/components**)
  • £1100 (Up to 200 products/components**)
  • £1200 (Up to 400 products/components**)
*A device is represented by a single GMDN Code.
** Subject to a spreadsheet detailing the necessary criteria relating to the products/components.

Maintenance

Continuation of UK Responsible Person (UKRP) service: 

  • £300 per Legal Manufacturer (1-3 devices/GMDN Codes).
  • £500 per Legal Manufacturer (4-10 devices/GMDN Codes).
  • £600 per Legal Manufacturer (11-15 devices/GMDN Codes)

Payable upon demand to Regen Marketing at the end of year one and annually thereafter. 

Continuation of UKCA Registered Devices: 

  • Free of charge (if no changes) 
MHRA fees: 
From 1st April 2026, the MHRA will be introducing an annual fee model for device registration for GMDN Level 2 Categories. MHRA advise this is likely to be £300 per Level 2 Category.  The actual fee payable at registration with  MHRA is advised by MHRA at registration and is payable by the Legal Manufacturer to the UKRP upon demand. 
Future annual fees are payable by the Legal Manufacturer to the UKRP for onward payment to MHRA.  
Our fee for undertaking future annual MHRA payments on your behalf is included within our Maintenance Fee, which we reserve the right to change. 
It is accepted that current and future MHRA fees remain the responsibility of the Legal Manufacturer and are payable upon demand.
